Perplexity announces Internal Knowledge Search and Spaces
Perplexity AI has launched two key features—Internal Knowledge Search and Spaces—focused on enhancing enterprise productivity.
Internal Knowledge Search allows users to simultaneously search both internal documents and live web sources, streamlining research processes for industries such as finance, sales, and HR. This feature aids in blending past materials with real-time insights, helping teams work faster and more effectively.
Spaces introduces a collaborative environment where teams can store documents and configure AI assistants to meet specific project needs. Users have control over the assistant’s behavior, and enterprise customers can opt out of sharing data with Perplexity’s training models, ensuring privacy. Future integrations with Crunchbase and FactSet will further enrich search capabilities for premium users.
